Emil Paur (born 1855 in Czernowitz, Austria, now Ukraine, died 1932 in Mistek, Czechoslovakia, now the Czech Republic) was an Austrian conductor. He trained in Vienna before working as a conductor in Kassel, Königsberg and Leipzig.
