Early life
De Ravin was born in Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia[3] (a town to the south east of Melbourne). Having studied ballet since the age of nine, she was accepted into the highly selective Australian Ballet School at fifteen. There, she performed in productions with the Australian Ballet Company as well as Danceworld 301.[4] De Ravin studied acting at Australia's National Institute of Dramatic Art,[2] and with the Prime Time Actors Studio in Los Angeles.[5] Mount Eliza is a quiet town to the south-east of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. ...
