End Credits are the credits that are displayed at the ending of a movie. They generally list all the actors and actresses that appeared in the movie regardless of how small their part was in the actual movie. End credits are often formated in the scrolling list format. Although with both Spider-Man and Reloaded, I felt the end credits a bit haunting after the cliffhanger endings (spoiler-free: In Spider-Man, at the cementary, in Reloaded, with the "To Be Concluded" at the end) because I knew it would be a while before I saw a definite conclusion.
At the very end of the credits, the soundtrack music fades out and the sound of water lapping on the shore can be heard.
End credits is part of the movie, in my opinion.
