He doesn't see many police around, and that makes him uneasy; which is why EndeavourHills, a former market garden and now part of the state's fastest-growing region, is to have a new police station.
EndeavourHills, says the area's police commander, Keith Smith, does not have a major crime problem.
But Smith insists that crime in EndeavourHills is already well managed by the round-the-clock patrols he has on the road.
EndeavourHills is situated in state Victoria in Australia.
The company who wanted to develop the farmland where EndeavourHills is today, had to work very hard to convince the former Shire of Berwick to support the project.
It was named as EndeavourHills in 1970 and in honor of the two hundredth anniversary of Captain Cook\'s arrival in Botany Bay.
