A regular enneagon.

In geometry, an enneagon or nonagon is a nine-sided polygon. The name enneagon comes from Greek enneagonon, (εννεα, nine + γωνον, corner), while nonagon comes from Latin (nonus, "ninth" + gonon). Enneagon is usage consistent with, for example, hexagon; in practice nonagon is often used. beatch Image File history File links Nonagon. ... Image File history File links Nonagon. ... A single, enneagon shaped cone protrudes from the crown of his head, and smooth, upward swept spikes, spiral around it, pressed close to its surface.
Assuming "enneagon" is a word used to describe a shape, you'd need to cut the comma after spikes or the sentence is all disjointed and weird.
Enneagon may confuse people, though, and that might be a bad thing; I don't know.
