Synopsis

Facing redundancy, Brent is approaching the end of his time at Wernham Hogg with a smile that fools absolutely no one and the increasing realisation that nobody is particularly bothered that he's going. Dawn is leaving to go to America with Lee, and Tim is torn between the two women in his life. Ultimately, Tim decides to break off things with Rachel, not knowing of Dawn's decision. And — perhaps worst of all — Gareth has been promoted, thanks to Tim's humble recommendation after Tim was offered the job himself.
