Erbach is the Name of several towns in Germany.


Erbach im Odenwald is a town of the Odenwaldkreis district in the federal state of Hesse in central Germany. It has a population of about 25,000. By some estimations, it produces the best beer in Germany. Visitors are encouraged to visit cental Erbach, and, in paticular, the "Brauhaus" and the "Erbacher Schloss". Erbach an der Donau is a nice town in the German state Baden-Württemberg. Near Ulm.

Like other palace towns in the region (Schwetzingen, for example), Erbach's palace (or Schloss) was the center of attention, and the markets and local government buildings built up in a concentration around it, all decorated lavishly with flowers and gardens.
For Erbach, their checkpoint was palace yard, where the crowd gathered to watch and listen to an announcer give information about the car.
