Anderson is a member of the Troubadour Theatre Company and the Musical Theatre Guild. He has been in the original cast of the plays Hamlet, the Artist Formerly Known as Prince of Denmark as Ophelia, and Judy's Scary Little Christmas as Richard M. Nixon [1].


Anderson won the inaugaral Joel Hirschhorn award for outstanding achievement in musical theatre, awarded by the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle [2], two San Diego Critics Circle Awards and a Backstage West Garland Award as best actor in a musical.
