Encyclopedia > Estadio Luis Pirata Fuente

The Estadio Luis Pirata Fuente is called in honour of one of the best mexican soccer players (who played in the 1950s). This facility have a capacity of near 40,000 seats and is located at the seaside in Veracruz, Veracruz (200 miles east of Mexico City). This sport facility is used mostly for soccer games and is the home of the Tiburones Rojos (Red Sharks). This stadium has not hosted any soccer world cup.
