Etemaad is the name of two newspapers; one in India, and one in Iran. Though they have the same name, there does not appear to be any connection between them. Etemaad meaning "Trust" in Persian is a daily and well known newspaper in Iran.

Etemaad daily is launched due to miss-reporting of local news by two leading urdu news papers of hyderabad called MUNSIF DAILY and SIASAT DAILY. and if you see the history these two news papers both had an record to write every thing in favour of a local political party Majlis-e-Ittehad ul muslimeen. but because of personnal disputes now they are writing everything against Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen and this is like they are confusing the readers and trying thier best to form a enemy force against majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen which is against the rules of journalism.they must respect journalism and should write the correct things both urdu news papers munsif daily and siasat daily become irresponsible news papers because they are writing for there own satisfacton and not for truth. and regarding Majlis-e-ettehadul muslimeen party there is no doubt that MAJLIS-E-ITTEHADUL MUSLIMEEN has a strong hold in hyderabad politics and its a leading political party in all hyderabad city( out of 7 assembly seats in all hyderabad city Majlis won 5 assembly seats from a long time and no other party can challenge them in through out the city) and there is only one parliment seat for whole hyderabad city also won by Majlis from consecative fourth term. and because of mis reporting of these two news papers there was a strong demand in public of new urdu news paper in hyderabad city and space fulfilled by ETEMAAD DAILY and also become INDIAS largest selling news paper in a very short period. congragulation Etemaad team work.
