The Ethical Software License is a copyleft license for software. The difference between ethical software and free software consists in this: if you (an individual or a legal entity exercising rights under an ethical license) distribute the source code for a valuable consideration, you must donate at least 1% of the sales from the products that include the source code to a beneficent corporation.
