Eudora is an email client that was once used widely on the Microsoft Windows and Macintosh operating systems. It also supports several palmtop computing platforms, including Newton and the Palm OS. It was named after Eudora Welty after her short story "Why I Live at the P.O.". She was flattered by the reference. Eudora has many excellent features. It has support for 'Stationery', that is a standard reply that is prepared ahead of time to a common question.
