CNBC Europe airs European Closing Bell from 5pm to 6pm CET (4pm to 5pm GMT), and from 11am to 12pm on CNBC World in the United States. The programme is presented by Simon Hobbs. Between 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. it covers the last half hour of trades. At 4:30 p.m., it covers the final results from the European markets (as the major European markets are electronic, no actual "closing bell" is rung, nonetheless, there is a countdown on the CNBC Europe stack and video wall until the close of trade).
