Using the site is free, nevertheless some of the documents are copyrighted ENA is a product of the CVCE (Centre virtuel sur la connaissance de l'Europe - Virtual Resource Centre for Knowledge about Europe), a luxembourger institute that depends on the ministry of Culture, higher education and research ENA is available in English, French, German and Spanish, though some documents are available in other languages.

- ENA & Education, aims to help teachers to let their pupils discover the construction of Europe
