The European NAvigator (ENA) is an an educative platform providing a lot of information about the History of Europe and its institutions since 1945. It is especially focused on the evolution of the united Europe. ENA is a product of the CVCE (Centre virtuel sur la connaissance de l'Europe - Virtual Resource Centre for Knowledge about Europe), a luxembourger institute that depends on the ministry of Culture, higher education and research


ENA is available in English, French, German and Spanish, though some documents are available in other languages.

Parts

The content of the ENA is divided in 5 parts :

  • Historical events, that deals with every events that touched the construction of a united Europe
  • European organizations explains how the several institutions of the European Union (e.g. European Parliament, European Commission)
  • Special files, that deals with chosen subjects
  • exclusive interviews of people who involve themselves in the European construction (Jacques Santer, Otto von Habsburg,...)
  • ENA & Education, aims to help teachers to let their pupils discover the construction of Europe
