Andrew Duff (born 25 December 1950) is a Liberal Democrat politician and a Member of the EuropeanParliament for the East of England region of the UK.
He initially stood in the EuropeanParliamentelection, 1984 coming third with 22.5% of the vote, in the 1989 election coming fourth with 8%, and in 1994 election coming third with 20%, in constituencies based largely on Cambridgeshire and at times parts of Bedfordshire.
With the electoral change to regional party-list proportional representation, he was first elected in the EuropeanParliamentelection, 1999 when the Liberal Democrats won 12% of the regional vote, and retained his seat in the 2004 elections when they won 14% of the regional vote.
