Psarra represented Greece at the 2004 Summer Olympics. She placed 8th in the women's individual ranking round with a 72-arrow score of 652. In the first round of elimination, she faced 57th-ranked Jo-Ann Galbraith of Australia. Psarra defeated Galbraith 138-116 in the 18-arrow match to advance to the round of 32. In that round, she faced 25th-ranked Turkish archer Zekiye Keskin Satir, defeating her 163-161. Psarra then defeated 24th-ranked Almudena Gallardo of Spain 160-152, advancing to the quarterfinals.
In the quarterfinals, Psarra faced Park Sung Hyun of Korea, losing to the 1st-ranked and eventual gold medalist archer. The final score of 111-110 in the 12 arrow match placed Psarra 7th overall in women's individual archery.
Psarra was also a member of the 5th-place Greek team in the women's team archery competition.

The whole stadium was holding its breath for Psarra’s final arrow… she would win with a 9… she shot a perfect 10!
Psarra’s next opponent tomorrow in the Women’s individual Gold day will be Spain’s Almudena Gallardo: "I’ve played against her once in the past, and she beat me. But now it’s my turn because I am playing at home and I am feeling strong", said 8 seed Greek archer.
The last three men's berths went to Kuresa Tupua of American Samoa, Chhophel Rinzin of Bhutan and Christobal Antonio Merlos of El Salvador.
The last three women's spots went to Chhoden Tshering of Bhutan, EvangeliaPsarra of Greece and Thi Thi Win of Myanmar, according to information reaching here.
Out of 46 countries whose archers will be vying for top honours at Sydney, eight nations qualified with maximum six archers, three men and three women.
