The Evansville Museum of Arts, History & Science is a general-interest museum located on the riverfront in downtown Evansville, Indiana. The museum houses a $10 million permanent art collection ranging from 16th century paintings to modern sculptures by world-renowned artists. National and local traveling exhibits are available year-round.


Other exibits include a turn-of-the-century Main Street and the Sprinklesburg, Goosetown, and Independence Steam Locomotive. Additionally, the museum offers a hands-on science interactive exhibit, a planetarium, and gift shop. A planetarium is a theater built primarily for presenting educational and entertaining shows about astronomy and the night sky, or for training in celestial navigation. ...
