Everything or Nothing is a third-person shooter video game, where the player controls the famous spy James Bond. Its voice talents and likeness of the characters include Pierce Brosnan as Bond, Willem Dafoe, Shannon Elizabeth, and Heidi Klum. The game was developed and published by Electronic Arts and released in 2004 for PlayStation 2, Xbox, GameCube, and Game Boy Advance.

The game was penned by screenwriter Bruce Feirstein who also co-scripted the Bond films GoldenEye, Tomorrow Never Dies, and The World Is Not Enough.

Overview

The game received high praise from some quarters, some critics calling it "the Bond movie for 2004". Like its predecessor Nightfire, Everything or Nothing follows an original plot against a new nemesis, although there is a confrontation in the game with the fearsome giant assassin, Jaws. Where Nightfire had Rafael Drake, Everything or Nothing has Nikolai Diavolo (played by Willem Dafoe) as the games villain. Everything or Nothing is the second Bond game played in the third-person and is the first Bond game to feature a two-player cooperative mode. Unlike its predecessors, Everything or Nothing lacks a true deathmatch multiplayer mode, a popular staple in Bond games since 1997's GoldenEye 007. Everything or Nothing does however add in the option to play the game cooperatively with another player.

Trivia

• It is the first Bond game to use the voice of the then current James Bond, Pierce Brosnan.
• The theme song Everything or Nothing was performed by R&B artist, Mya.
• Everything or Nothing was long thought to be the name of the production company behind the James Bond films, EON Productions, and Electronic Arts had to wait through a lengthy period to ensure that there were no film plans using the title, but it was officially revealed that EON was just a name and did not stand for anything specific.
