The Exhibition line is a special-purpose railway line in Brisbane, Australia. It conveys QR CityTrain passengers only during the Royal Queensland Show (commonly known as the "Ekka") in August, and is known informally as the Ekka Loop. Goods trains also use the Exhibition line to access the Normanby marshalling yard and to travel across Brisbane while avoiding underground passenger stations and congestion between Bowen Hills and Roma Street stations. QR Traveltrain long-distance passenger services also use the Exhibition line to arrive at and depart from Roma Street Station, though they do not stop on the line. Empty CityTrain and Traveltrain sets also use the line to access the Normanby train washing facility and the Mayne locomotive and electric depot. The line is a loop. Parts of the Exhibition line is a elevated just like the Airport line so that when you are in the show-grounds you can see Trains arrive/depart at Exhibition station during the Ekka.

Sugar culture was encouraged by liberal arrangements for the acquisition of plantations on the alluvial lands along the coastal rivers and creeks; and the growth of cotton was effectually stimulated by liberal bounties on the export of the staple.
