However in early 2000, the Structure brand (another Limited Brands company) was consolidated into the company as ExpressMen. The Client shall be liable to CompanyExpress as a principal for all costs, charges and expenses due to CompanyExpress in respect of work carried out or goods supplied by CompanyExpress subject to these Terms and Conditions, whether or not the Client purports to contract as an agent.
CompanyExpress shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage to goods delivered to the Client or other destination or dispatched from the offices of CompanyExpress.
CompanyExpress shall not be liable to the Client or to any third party for loss of profit, loss of contracts or other loss or damage arising indirectly or consequentially from negligence or breach of contract by the company in the performance of its services.
