After her daughter Julie was brutally raped and murdered, Karen McCann grieves as the murderer is released on a technicality, she sets out to find him and seeks vengeance for her slain daughter. As she follows him she soon discovers that he's going to commit the crime again and sets out for justice. She puts her plan into motion when she learns that he befriended her younger daughter. She stalks him making him come for her.
