What is FEF? (441 words)
FEF is the cast metals industry's educational program at the college level.
In 1947, when FEF was established to assure a continuing supply of technical manpower for the metal casting industry, a campaign was organized to provide financial support for three years - 1947,1948 and 1949.
Prior to the conclusion of the first three-year cycle, FEF began to demonstrate encouraging results and the Board Members inaugurated a second three-year cycle which was also financed on a pledge basis for 1950,1951 and 1952.
Urantia Foundation Complaint against Fellowship and Jesusonian (1954 words)
FEF may be served with the summons and complaint by personal service upon its registered agent, Gloriann Harris, at 529 W. Wrightwood, Chicago, Illinois 60614-1794.
FEF refused the Foundation's requests and is publishing and selling its unauthorized version of "The Urantia Book." In doing so, FEF apparently relies upon the decision of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona referred to in paragraph 11 above.
FEF has filed several briefs with the Ninth Circuit which attempt to argue the merits of that case.
