FK Teplice is a Czech football club based in city of Teplice (80 km north of Prague). The club was founded after the World War II in 1945. The club played mostly in the 2nd and 3rd Czech league but after the Velvet Revolution and comming of rich sponsor, Glaverbel, the club entered the 1st division and had a big succes winning the Czech Cup and beating Feyenoord Rotterdam, 1.
