Fǎ Zhèng(法正), courtesy name Xiàozhí (孝直), was born in about 175 A.D. in China during the fall of the Han Dynasty. He was originally a vassal of Liu Zhang but later helped with Liu Bei's invasion of the region that would become the Kingdom of Shu. The Scholars of Shen Zhou :: View topic - Fa Zheng (1329 words)
Fa Zheng was one of the greatset Shu officers and it's said that had he lived longer, the disater at Yi Ling would not have happened.
Fa zheng was trusted moer than zhuge liang, so when the battle of yi ling came, fa zheng's advise would have been taken in consdieration with zhuge liang backing him up and liu bei would not have lost to lu xun.
Fa zheng was equal to gua jia, sima yi, deng ai, and zhou yu if not superior, it was tragic to see him die so early in the SGYY(I.E. Taishi Ci).
