""Fabrice Taylor"" is a Toronto journalist who became publisher of the now defunct Central Canada edition of Frank Magazine, a Canadian satire magazine . Born in Edmonton in 1968, Taylor is a graduate of both the Univesity of Alberta and Ryerson University's journalism program. He worked at the Toronto Star as an assistant editor for three years. He later became a business reporter with The Globe and Mail's Report on Business, Taylor purchased Frank, with the help of a number of anonymous backers,from publisher Michael Bate in August, 2003. Despite a move of the magazine to Toronto and a relaunch of the magazine in late 2003, the magazine's circulation fell markedly . In December, 2004, the magazine ceased publication.
