Faisalbin Abdelaziz Al Saud (1906âMarch 25, 1975) (Arabic: ÙÙØµÙ Ø¨Ù Ø¹Ø¨Ø¯Ø§ÙØ¹Ø²Ùز Ø¢Ù Ø³Ø¹ÙØ¯) was King of Saudi Arabia from 1964 to 1975.
TurkibinFaisal al Saud is the son of the former King Faisal of Saudi Arabia, and a grandson of Saudi Arabias founder Abdul Aziz.
Faisal was born in Riyadh, the fourth son of Ibn Saud.

He was resigned due to his inability to capture bin Laden, or deliver him into a trap set by the U.S., and he was replaced by his uncle Prince Nawaf Bin Abdul Aziz.
Some sources say that he helped finance bin Laden's followers who in turn agreed not to attack or destabilise Saudi Arabia; other theories state that he was secretly negotiating with Mullah Mohammad Omar, leader of the Afghani Taliban, to have bin Laden turned over.
