The Falconist Party is an American political party founded in 2003. The Falconist Party presents itself as the total opposite of the Libertarian Philosophy. Among the characteristics of Falconism and the Falconist Party are as follows:

Political restructuring: The Falconist Party calls for a series of election reforms as well as several amendments to the U.S. Constitution such as having the President elected by direct popular vote; the repeal of the two-term limit on the Presidency; having the U.S. Congress elected by proportional representation; and allowing the people to vote on laws and Constitutional amendments.

Economic reform: The Falconist Party calls for an overhaul of the tax code as well as centralizing the banking system by replacing the Federal Reserve with a government owned and operated Bank of the United States. The Falconist Party also calls for all business and labor to be represented in a U.S. Chamber of Commerce chartered by the U.S. Government:

Economic rebuilding: The Falconist Party calls for public investments in rebuilding America's infrastructure and cities; education, research and development; and rebuilding America's industrial base. The party calls for the revival of the WPA, PWA and the creation of a US Labor Corps to put millions of Americans back to work at living wages.

Law and Justice: The Falconist Party has a policy favoring gun ownership going far as to call for the issuing of automatic weapons to all citizens. But the party also calls for adding a million more police officers to America's streets, arming law enforcement to the teeth, and unifying all federal law enforcement agencies into a U.S. Police Force which would also posess 100,000 armed "internal security troops".

Restoration of public morality: The Falconist Party shares beliefs on social policy along with many theocratic and Christian right movements. The Falconist Party calls for an abolition of abortion, restoration of prayer in public schools, and laws that curb "immorality".

Military rebuilding: The Falconist Party not only calls for expanding the military, the party also calls for the implementation of Universal Military Training and Mandatory Federal Service. The Falconist Party also calls for the unification of the armed services into a U.S. Defense Force (USDF) like in Israel.

Space and Ocean Colonization: The Falconist Party calls for a full-blown plan of colonization of the ocean floor as well as establishing colonies on the Moon, other planets, and in orbit around Earth.

Manifest Destiny: The Falconist Party calls for granting US Territorial and Statehood status to Iraq and Afghanistan as well as progressively incorporating nations around the world as states and territories of the USA.
