There were 13,528 housing units at an average density of 234.4/km² (607.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the township was 90.22% White, 4.89% African American, 0.16% Native American, 2.58% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 0.77% from other races, and 1.37% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.35% of the population. Like most of Bucks County, Falls Township has a fast growing minority population.
