Farley is a village located in Platte County, Missouri. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 226.

Geography

Farley is located at 39°16'58" North, 94°49'53" West (39.282761, -94.831527)¹.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.9 km² (0.8 mi²). 1.9 km² (0.8 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.

Demographics

As of the census² of 2000, there are 226 people, 89 households, and 66 families residing in the village. The population density is 116.3/km² (301.3/mi²). There are 90 housing units at an average density of 46.3/km² (120.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 98.23% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 1.77% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 89 households out of which 31.5% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.4% are married couples living together, 2.2% have a female householder with no husband present, and 25.8% are non-families. 23.6% of all households are made up of individuals and 5.6% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.54 and the average family size is 3.03.
