Fatehgarh is a small city in Uttar Pradesh state of northern India, located on the right bank of the Ganges River. It is the administrative headquarters of Farrukhabad District. Fatehgarh derives its name from an old fort. It is a small city with no significant industial activity. The Indian army has a big establishment in the form of Rajput Regiment Center and Sikh light Infantry Center. There is a famous temple of Hanuman ji at Bholepur.
