Fatmir Sejdiu (born October 23, 1951) is the president of Kosova. He was born in Pakashtica, a village near Podujeva. Sejdiu completed his primary and high school in Podujeva and went on to obtain a degree in Law at the University of Prishtina. He obtained a PhD degree in Law and is a professor at the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Political Science of University of Prishtina.
