The name FattyLumpkin has been plastered all over Prague clubs, pubs and expat bulletin boards for the past year, but as for who they are and what they play...
FattyLumpkin's members -- lead singer and saxman Craig Nelson, guitarist Ladi Kolsky, bassman Joe Cooper and drummer Uria Komenchero -- seem equally challenged by the problem.
Other songs, some of which are recorded on FattyLumpkin's first birthday CD release, recorded at Unicorn studios and engineered by Eric Young, are fast-moving pastiches of free-form lyrics and aggressive playing.
FattyLumpkin was not very pleased to be disturbed by Master Bombadil that night, just as he was dreaming about his lovely supper of juicy carrots and crunchy barley cakes that Mistress Goldberry had made especially for him.
As the Master set off in one direction, already singing his magic, Lumpkin, ears flicking flat back in annoyance, (he had very definite views about the MasterÂ’s singing, namely that heÂ’d prefer not to hear it) made off towards the sound of the nearest hobbitpony, neighing to her as soothingly as he could.
LumpkinÂ’s mood was not improved on reaching the crown of the hill, when he spied four hobbits running happily around naked and apparently none the worse from whatever trouble theyÂ’d got themselves into.
