Fazlollah Reza (born on January 1, 1915 in Rasht, Iran) graduated from University of Tehran in 1938 by receiving his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. He received his master's and PhD in electrical engineering from Columbia University in 1946 and Polytechnic University of New York in 1950 repectively. He is a Fellow of IEEE and AAAS.
