The eponymous main character, Felicity Sarah Flint, was born on April 1, 1982, presumably near her family home in Wisconsin. In addition to her older brother Basil, she has three younger sisters. Felicity is a lesbian, and the numerous plotlines almost always find a way to include this. Felicity is also a secret agent working for the "H.A.R.M." organization. Her antagonists include the evil "Dr. Petrol", and rival H.A.R.M. agents Reinard Sullivan and Martina O'Reily (who, besides Felicity, is so far the only character to appear in both Felicity and Basil).
