Fenton Penworthy is a fictional Disney character. He is one of Sir Francis Drake's crewmen. He built the library below Fort Drakeborough which was later found by Cornelius Coot when he renamed Fort Drakeborough Fort Duckburg.


He may or may not be the same character as Malcolm McDuck.
