Fernando Eimbcke studied film direction at the Centro Universitario de Estudios Cinematográficos of the UNAM (1992-1996). He started his career directing music videoclips and short films. He debuted in the Cinema of Mexico with a full-feature film in 2004 titled Temporada de patos ("Duck Season") which won several Film Festival awards including the Ariel Award for Best Film. The National Autonomous University of Mexico (Spanish: Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México; abbreviation: UNAM) was founded in 1551, and is now the largest university in Latin America and it is considered the best University of this region based on the Beijing University and the London Times suplemments. ...
