Fifth was the fifth of the so-called 'human-form' Replicators modelled off the android Reese. He was the first attempt at reproducing her emotions, but was considered a failure by the first four human-forms before him (named 'First', 'Second', etc). RepliCarter convinces Fifth she is working on a plan to take out the Alpha Site's defenses while telling the SGC she can help modify their weapons to defeat Fifth and his Replicator armies.
