The capital planet of the Galaxy Federation, and seat of the central legislative judicial, and administrative agencies.


Its name originated from the fact that it is the Fifth capital of the Galaxy Federation.


"Fifth Jerusalem" also encompasses a large administrative space-station in orbit around the habitable world of the same name. Most of the administration appears to go on onboard the space station.
