Councillor Fin Donnelly was elected to Coquitlam City Council in 2002. Fin lives with his wife Lynda in Coquitlam’s Town Centre. Fin graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Philosophy. Fin is the Executive Director of the Rivershed Society of British Columbia, a non-profit charity with a vision of people making sustainable lifestyle choices in the Fraser River Basin. Fin has made 14 marathon swims covering 3,200 km of BC’s rivers, lakes and the ocean, including twice swimming the 1,400 km length of the Fraser River to promote sustainable living within healthy riversheds.
