Fiore (フィオレ Fiore?) is one of the main antagonists in Sailor Moon R: The Movie. He is an alien who had no home and was forced to wander throughout space. Upon coming to Earth, he befriended Mamoru. Fiore eventually had to leave because Earth's environment could not sustain him. He promised Mamoru he would come back, leaving him with a rose. When he does return, he is under influence of the evil flower Xenian, who grants him tremendous powers and makes him want vengeance on the people of Earth. This status was increased in 1985 when a Rome court declared that TP was simply a cover movement for the Nuclei Armati Rivoluzionari, the terror group blamed on the attack and linked with the Propaganda Due-organisation.
As a result Fiore spent much of the 1980s in exile in the United Kingdom, where it was alleged by the magazine Searchlight that he avoided extradition by working for the Secret Intelligence Service.
Fiore has since returned to Italy and is active in politics as the leader of Forza Nuova, one of the constituent parts of Alternativa Sociale.
