Fjends municipality is a municipality (Danish, kommune) in Viborg County on the Jutland peninsula in northern Denmark. The municipality covers an area of 236 km², and has a total population of 8,152 (2005). Its mayor is Svend Aage Jensen, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party. A commune is an administrative subdivision of various European and African countries, including Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Senegal, and the Scandinavian countries. ...
