Outlook

The company had after-tax earnings of $NZ 379 million in 2006. The good performance was attributed by the company to successful investments in the United States, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the Pacific Islands, and it announced that it easily had up to $NZ 1.5 billion scope to further expanding globally, and was expecting to announce new acquisitions soon. As the company expands, 42 per cent of its sales were now outside of New Zealand. [3].
