A drink claimed to have been invented by Ruven the bartender at New York City's Guastavino's, inspired by the HBO series "Sex in the City." The ingredients call for: 3 to 4 fresh raspberries, 1 1/2 oz. Stolichnaya Razberi vodka, 1/2 oz. Cointreau, splash of fresh lime juice, splash of pineapple juice, splash of cranberry juice, Brut champagne or other dry sparkling wine, and Mint sprig for garnish.
To make, first muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a chilled Champagne Flute, then pour the vodka, Cointreau, and fruit juices into a shaker two-thirds full of ice cubes, then shake well, strain into the Champagne Flute, and top with the champagne and add the mint sprig. Another recipe calls for: 1 oz. Stoli Raspberry, 1/2 oz. Triple Sec, Splash of fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz. Pineapple juice, 4 raspberries muddled at bottom of glass, and a float of Sparkling wine.

Our evening is named after the Flirtini, a specialty cocktail that was invented and created at Guastavino's for Sex and the City's Sarah Jessica Parker.
The Flirtini is now featured on the show and the HBO website the cocktail has since been copied all over the country.
