Flora Chan (陳慧珊; born May 30, 1970) is a popular Hong Kong television actress, whose rise to fame is quite unique from the other actresses in the industry. Flora Chan was born in Hong Kong and emigrated to Boston, MA at a young age. As a child, she had hoped to become a dancer, but because of an injury when she was a teenager she was forced to abandon her dreams as a professional dancer. She attended Boston College and earned a degree in Journalism before returning to Hong Kong in the early 1990s with her then-husband. She and her husband divorced in 2000, and she has remained single ever since, despite the fact that she is rumored to have been romantically involved with co-stars, the likes of Bowie Lam and Moses Chan. Flora has denied these as mere rumors. Flora admitted that she is now (May 2006) dating her manager 鐘家鴻, and she has since said she is ready to marry again. Image File history File links LWF0040. ...
