Charlotte Marie Florine was born on February 28, 1918 in Cherokee, Iowa to Kurt Adolf and Christine Norgaard Florine.
Florine was a member of the Honolulu County Medical Society, Hawaii Medical Association and served as Chairman of the HMA Senior Physicians Committee from 1989-1992.
Florine had chronic renal failure secondary to polycystic kidneys and died on March 2, 1995 in St. Francis Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii at the age of 77.
