FoothillsStadium is notorious for serving up a healthy plate of dingers, jacks and homers.
FoothillsStadium was constructed with 2,000 seats in 1966 for the Alberta Major Baseball League and has been home ever since to several semi-pro and amateur ball teams and tournaments under the direction of former Cannons owner Russ Parker.
The stadium received a second major facelift when it was brought up to Triple-A standards in 1994 and the seating capacity was again increased to its current level of about 8,000.
