Ford is a city located in Ford County, Kansas. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 314.

Demographics As of the census2 of 2000, there are 314 people, 111 households, and 87 families residing in the city. The population density is 288.7/km˛ (748.3/mi˛). There are 121 housing units at an average density of 111.2/km˛ (288.4/mi˛). The racial makeup of the city is 94.90% White, 0.00% African American, 0.32% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 3.50% from other races, and 1.27% from two or more races. 10.51% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 111 households out of which 36.0% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.6% are married couples living together, 4.5% have a female householder with no husband present, and 21.6% are non-families. 20.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 7.2% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
