The building was planned by Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, Inc. in coordination with design architects Gary Edward Handel + Associates. • The reinforced concrete structure incorporates core shear walls, post-tensioned slabs and perimeter columns. Spans between columns reach 40 feet (12 m).
