Foxley River is an unincorporated area located in Prince County in the western portion of Prince Edward Island, Canada. Its precise location is 46'42"N, 64'01"W. The river was named by Samuel Holland in 1765 for Henry Fox (1705-1774), the 1st Baron Holland of Foxley. The river flows NW into Cascumpec Bay.
