Francis Cummins (born December 10, 1976 in Dewsbury, Yorkshire, England) is an English Rugby League player. He has previously played for the Leeds Rhinos in the Super League competition. Cummins has also played on several occasions for Great Britain at international level. His position of choice is as at Fullback. He is the youngest player ever to appear at a Grand Final at Wembley.
